Test engagement lab

Lab model for testing engagements

This page describes how we run programming consulting focused on automated software testing—not a physical lab you visit, but a repeatable engagement shape so expectations stay clear before anyone signs a statement of work.

Phase 1 — Inventory (advisory)

We read your repositories, CI configuration, and recent failure trends. You receive a written map of suites, environments, and the top three risks to address first. No code changes are promised in this phase unless you expand scope.

Phase 2 — Craft sprint (project)

Time-boxed implementation: stabilize selectors, split slow suites, add contract tests at agreed boundaries, or wire reporting so product owners see meaningful summaries. Work lands as pull requests with review notes.

Phase 3 — Operate (optional advisory)

Short follow-up sessions after launch to adjust gates, retire obsolete cases, and train new hires on the harness patterns you adopted.

What we do not bundle

  • Penetration testing or compliance certification
  • 24/7 test operations staffing
  • Selling third-party SaaS seats
