Automated testing consulting

We help engineering teams treat automated tests as durable code: readable assertions, isolated data setup, and pipelines that surface the first real failure instead of the tenth retry.

Typical scopes

  • Harness review — map flaky tests to root causes (timing, shared state, brittle selectors) and propose incremental fixes your team can merge weekly.
  • Service-boundary packs — contract tests around HTTP or message APIs, including negative cases and schema drift detection.
  • CI integration — parallel shards, artifact uploads, junit or Allure reporting, and policies for when merges are blocked.

Delivery model

Work is sold through scoped project engagements and advisory sessions. Prices and commercial terms are confirmed per statement of work; nothing on this site constitutes a binding quote.

Infrastructure note

When runners live on your metal or cloud, we align container images and secrets handling with what developers use locally. The photograph below illustrates the kind of rack-and-cable environment many teams use for self-hosted CI—not a specific client facility.

Runner hygiene

Document image tags, cache volumes, and network paths so “passed on CI” means the same thing every Tuesday.

Tooling neutrality

We implement in the stack you already pay for—GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Buildkite, or others—without reselling licenses.

Handoff

Every engagement ends with runbooks and naming conventions your team owns; we do not require ongoing retainers to keep tests green.
