Refund policy

StartGrid Hub Software Consulting Co., Ltd. offers paid programming consulting through scoped projects and advisory sessions. This policy describes refunds for fees you pay under a signed statement of work or invoice. Tax ID (TIN): 0105827364918.

Proposed terms — pending business confirmation: Timeframes below follow common Thai B2B consulting practice until your specific contract states otherwise.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to consulting fees prepaid or invoiced for engagements we deliver. Third-party costs (travel booked by you, software licenses you purchase directly) are not refundable through us.

Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel in writing at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date and we have not begun billable work, we refund 100% of unused prepaid fees within 30 business days.

Cancellation after work starts

If engagement has started, refunds are partial:

• Work completed and delivered (merge requests, reports, sessions held) is non-refundable.
• Unused prepaid balance for future sessions or milestones not yet performed may be refunded minus a 15% administrative fee, unless your statement of work specifies a different split.

No-shows and rescheduling

Advisory sessions missed without 48 hours notice may be charged in full. One reschedule per session is allowed with timely notice, subject to consultant availability.

Deposits

Project deposits holding a calendar slot are non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of the start date, except where Thai consumer law requires otherwise.

How to request a refund

Email info@startgrid-hub.digital with your company name, invoice number, and reason. We confirm receipt within 5 business days and process approved refunds via the original payment method when possible.

Disputes

We aim to resolve billing disagreements in good faith. Contact +66-53-000-2309 or info@startgrid-hub.digital before initiating chargebacks so we can review delivery records.
