We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.
How inquiry data is handled
When you submit the inquiry form, your browser sends a JSON payload via POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain. A server we operate receives the message so we can reply by email. We do not sell inquiry data. Access is limited to staff who handle consulting requests.
Retention: we keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain ordinary business records, then delete or anonymize it unless law requires longer storage.
Your rights under the PDPA
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact us at info@startgrid-hub.digital. You may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
International transfers
If you contact us from outside Thailand, data may be processed on systems located in Thailand or where our email provider hosts mailboxes. We use providers with appropriate safeguards for business email.
Security
We use HTTPS, limit access to form handlers, and review configurations periodically. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or highly sensitive credentials through the inquiry form.
